Cherry Cordial

This cherry cordial is based on a recipe my dad used to make.  I have tweaked it somewhat and it seems to be quite popular.

INGREDIENTS:

• Sweet Cherries
• Honey
• Vanilla 
• Brandy

PROCESS:

1. CLEAN AND SANITIZE EVERYTHING.
2. Pit the cherries.  Better yet, have someone else pit them for you.
3. Put the vanilla bean in a large jar, and then add the cherries and honey.
4. Add the brandy last.
5. Let sit at least 6 months.
6. Share and Enjoy!
