I made it through 15 pages of the new translation of the story, and couldn't force myself to read any farther. I also can't look at even a picture of Angelina without thinking of how crazy she is. It doesn't help that she can't act.

You thought Tomb Raider was about the storyline?
I got Siskel & Ebert here (are they both dead now?) "wondering" about the quality of this film. It will be huge if it even approximates Rebecca Romjin's Mystique for soft-core appeal. It's like Basic Instinct but safe for the kiddies. They're even wrapping it up as "educational". That's like showing Deep Throat to interest kids in dental school.

They interviewed Seamus Heany on Talk of the Nation today. They talked mostly about the story, but people called in and said that the movie isn't as bad as one would think.
