...but I DON'T WANNA!
I have to go to ACLS class tonight. I REALLY don't want to. Can someone please call me with a dire emergency that requires my dropping everything to give it my complete attention?

My first thought? Telemedicine has a long way to go.
If she's using her arm normally and has good motion in her elbow, wrist, and hand, as well as good sensation in all her fingers, I wouldn't be too worried.
That being said, I'd still want to shoot an x-ray to look for, as you said, hairline fractures. This wouldn't be a big deal in an adult patient, but if she has even a small break that runs through the growth plate, it can make a big difference in her development.
If you like, I'll try to hunt down an orthopod and get an actual expert opinion.
