Discussion Question...Thanksgiving Edition
With Gluttony Day fast approaching, I give you the following series of questions:
1--What's the best way to prepare a turkey? Roasted, deep fried, injected, what?
2--Best stuffing?
3--Cranberry sauce: whole berry or jellied?

I've never had deep fried or injected birds, but I am a huge fan of brining.
No strong feelings on the stuffing, although I really like it best when it's been cooked in the turkey -- stupid food safety concerns.
Cranberry sauce should be homemade with whole berries. The canned jelly stuff is creepy.
