Interesting fact

I read it on the internet, so it must be true: The male platypus is poisonous. These little buggers have spurs on their hind limbs (like a rooster), except the spurs are poisonous. Apparently, the poison isn't deadly to humans, just painful and scary.

This datum brought to you by the Australia Is Just Plain Weird Foundation.

Don't believe me? Follow this link: http://www.platypus.asn.au/earning_their_spurs.html

I beg to differ; while true (about the poisonous spur), it is definately not interesting. In fact, it doesn't even rate on the dwarf-tossing mildy diverting scale of non-importance.

But it is nice to see that 12 years of education and a degree in medicine hasn't completely eroded your ability to write in the mother tongue.
